What if my order arrives broken or faulty?
Please contact info@largoproducts.com with a picture of your broken or faulty product and we will send a new one out to you immediately.

Do you use preservatives in Largo products?
Our Baby Balm has an ECOCERT and COSMOS compliant preservative which is natural. Using this preservative ensures that our products maintain their unique healing benefits and protects the product from any foreign fungi and bacteria, contributing to the longevity the product.

Can I pick up my order?
No sorry we are an online store only.

What courier do you use?
NZ post is used for delivery.

Can I track my order?
Tracking is provided for all orders. You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
